Scope of Work:
National Hydrology and Water Resources Experts will provide an insight into the areas of cooperation and mutual benefit opportunities in the basin. The Hydrology and Water Resources Experts will be responsible for provision of the hydrology and water resources overview in the basin.
The expert shall be investigating the hydrological and water resources processes and produce robust reports providing the hydrologic and water resources scenario of the basin. The following shall be covered:
• Hydrologic process in the basin;
• Water resources availability and losses;
• Impact of climate change on hydrologic process and water resources; and
• Opportunities for water resources development and management.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
a) Master degree in Water Resources Management, Hydrology, or any other relevant discipline.
b) Minimum of 5 years’ experience
c) Excellent communication skills
d) Fluency in English: writing, reading and spoken
